Will this work?

I own a one year old steer and there is a nice bull calf, where I work, that I would like to be my future herd sire. Would these two be able to live together peacefully for the long run. I dont own any cows but when I get out of school I plan on getting some cows. So would this work?

It would probably be much better to wait on the bull and get a few cows first. You can always AI or borrow a bull.

No reason the bull calf and the steer won't get along unless the bull starts riding the steer too much.

I keep a steer or two in with my younger bulls to keep them a little calm and less wild
