Best Friends

Nonnie (the new jersey heifer) and Lola (one of the goats' guardian dogs) have become *best-est friends forever * Lola now lets Bob Barker hang with the goats, while she takes on the role of calf nanny Just had to share a few pics of the two girls together.

yep, Bob Barker it is hehehe... and with all the things that go BUMP in the night, out here in the ozark boonies... he has earned his name on more then one night LOL... He and Lola are total opposites. Bob is goofy and silly, loves a good laugh (well, at least he's that way with us...let him feel like something is a possible danger to the goats or the chickens and he's all business) Lola is quite and serious. She lives for kidding season. She adores the babies. She gets her feelings hurt really easy...Bob Barker, if he thinks he's made me mad, he just hunches his shoulders and gives me a full toothed goofy grin LOL..
here's a couple pics of Mr. Barker

Oops! I got the names mixed up, didn't realize that the Pyr was "Bob Barker."

My Sissy pretty much lazes around all day, but at night she's always kept busy, like Mr. Barker, with the four-legged meanies out there.

LOL, no Julie, you were right the first time LOLA is the pyr (that loves the calf) I added pics of the male pyr (BOB BARKER) when JeffNY mentioned noticed his last name was Barker LOL. He and Lola are litter mates (both are fixed) they look a lot alike at first glance. If one of them is doing something bad. I yell Bob first... 99% of the time, it's mr. goofy, not miss serious

I thought that was a female with the calf...with such a narrow nose on her, just like mine.

I need to get more of them, but they're pretty scarce around here.
