A question of curiosity - going rate for cow with calf?

Saw this ad locally today and it peaked my curiosity:

FAMILY COW W/HEIFER CALF FOR SALE
SCOTCH HIGHLAND CROSSED W/GALLOWAY CALM ENOUGH TO BE MILKED

I do not have the money to dole out yet for this but what would you guess the going rate would be for such a package in your area?

After a bit I'll post the asking price for this particular package up here.

I have no idea what the Alaska market might be, but in my area they the cow would bring around .50/lb and the calf might be around $75-150.00

Holy cow! Think I better go to WIsconsin to buy a cow. Here that would be cull cow price, and the calf depends on how big it is.
I am more familiar with beef cows, but a 5 yr old with a 300 lb calf by side will bring $1250 to $1500.

At the Aug. 17 Livestock Sale, they sold a healthy RED Shorthorn/Brahma cross cow confirmed 2 months pregnant along with last spring's calf by her side for $1,085. Similar 3 in 1 packages without the Brahman influence sold for $1,100 to $1,300.
