Where to buy a leather collar for my Jersey heiffer?
I need to find a leather collar to hang her cow bell on  I'm thinking that her neck is gonna be too big for any dog collar to work. I'd like to find something that she can wear now and later after she's grown a bit more. She weighs around 600# now.
