Yep, poor little fella. We don't have a clue who or what breed dad might be. He is a cutie, huh?
We will be selling him, but don't know whether to leave him intact or not. Any suggestions?
hugs,

as he will probably be bought for feedlot if sold through auction, i would castrate as they dock for intact males

if i was keeping him to butcher i would leave him whole as he will gain faster, unless you cant keep him separate from others. He will fight will other bull calves if left intact, or will breed anything he can..

We wish to sell him as soon, but weren't sure whether he would sell better as a possible breed bull or steer. I think y'all have me convinced which way to go.
Also, not just for him, but for cattle in general, what time of year do y'all see the better cattle prices for the seller?
I know it has a lot to do with many variables, but just as a guideline.
Thanks bushels.
