Increase in traffic. Does it effect my livestock?

I raise purebred Bull on my farm. A town meeting is coming up about whether or not we should allow a waste transfer station be built in our town. I'm worried how the hightened traffic will affect my livestock.

Please reply, Or if you Have any helpful sites please post them here as well.
Thank you.

Cattle won't notice the difference. They'll get used to the increase either way, as they're probably already accoustomed to the goings by of vehicles as it is.

So don't worry. THe only time to worry if one of your bulls are liable to jump the fence and pose danger to himself and the vehicles...which, if you have a solid fence, should be a slim chance of happening.

Btw (just curious), where 'bouts 'round Edmonton are you?

The only thing that would concern me about more traffic around my place is if the road is paved or gravel. If you have a lot of traffic in the summer time that produces an extreme amount of dust, you may have to keep an eye on your critters for "dust pnuemonia". This can sometimes happen if conditions are right.
