Brown Swiss wanted

I am looking for a brown swiss cow. I would like for her to be registered and prefer bred. I would also consider a heifer or calf. I live in Ga. but would haul from the southeast or meet someone from a further distance.

Aren't they hard to find? No one seems to want to part with those loveable creatures. It took me a couple of months to find my Brown Swiss. I found her by Googling "classifieds Brown Swiss". She popped up in a small, fairly local, paper which posted their classifieds on the internet.

Good luck in your quest. I am very happy I held out for a Swiss.

Check out www.wilsonviewfarm.com. They are to my north, same county. We got our swiss from them. Not sure if he will have any cows, but he might have a heifer. A lot of it depends on whether or not he has had a good year for heifers.
