Maggie (the cow) is 1/2 Beefmaster and 1/2 Hereford. Kelly Ann (the calf) is 3/8 Beefmaster, 3/8 Hereford and 1/4 Simmital. There is a Beefmaster on the farm named after DW and her friend thought it was cute, so DW decided to name this one after her friend. We were lucky enough to catch this one on video so we can watch the birth over and over. DW has never seen a birth, so there are some parts where it is better to watch her then the video
