Honey consumption

I wonder who eats honey on regular basis, I have my cereal in the morning with
honey practically every day. And if at the end of the day I did not have honey, I take a teaspoonful of it before going to be. How about you guys?

Talking

In my morning cup of tea, on the oatmeal, on the pancakes which ever is for breakfast. On the peanut butter and honey sandwich for lunch. and garlic honey drizzled all over the supper stir fry. Two table spoons at bed time although I don't think that is working for me.
Then there are all the other stuff at different times from the recipes found on the National Honey Board web site.

A favorite with us is.
Honey Rice

Ingredients:

3 Cups Cooked Long Grain White Rice

1/2 Cup Raisins

2 Cups Non-Fat milk

1/2 Cup Pure Bee's Honey From our own hives

2 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine

1 Teaspoon Lemon Zest

1 Tablespoon Limeade Juice

Dash Of Cinnamon

Dash Of Nutmeg [optional]

1/4 Cup Of Crushed Peanuts [optional]

1/4 Cup Of Crushed Walnuts [optional]

Cooking Directions:

In a large saucepan or skillet add rice, raisins, non-fat milk, pure honey, and butter or margarine and bring that combination to a boil on medium-high heat. stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat to a low simmer and let it simmer cook for 15-20 minutes. Stir so it wont stick to the bottom and burn. Stir in the lime aid juice and lemon zest. Top with Slivered toasted almonds and cinnamon for a beautiful colorful side dish. Be sure and refrigerate any honey rice leftovers.
