Mouth parts tend not to react to poison ivy. Some years ago I finally developed alergies to it like a normal person. Not liking it, I tried the homeopathic method of eating a leaf or two a day to build up immunity. Didn't work, but sure made me want to go ride my bicycle. Wiping was never so satisfying...

If it hasn't passed through YET, you need to eat more of the edible berries!

I'm so sorry, I can't help but laugh....I think I may need to go change my clothes after this one....

I really hope nothing happens - it would really be awful if it turned ugly....but yes, if it hasn't passed yet, you may need more of the edible berries...

good luck=!

I don't think it will kill you, or even hurt you at all. I take some pills that help to make me less able to catch Poison Ivy and it contains the extract from said plant.
Just be careful, look for blisters, and welts, and take Benadryl and watch out for them the next time you are eating grapes.
If you aren't allergic to Cashew nuts then the berries you ate shouldn't hurt you at all, even when they come out the other end. I am allergic to the nuts and found out they are in the same family as Poison Ivy, so I do have to avoid them all together, to keep the rashes down all over my body especially the fingers ( from handling them) and the Posterior area, from excreating the nuts.

You ever hear that comedian Steven Wright talk about camping? His girlfriend got into poison ivy and it spread to her brain. To scratch it, she had to think about sandpaper.
