Just wondering why you don't park YOUR car in the carport?? If he does anything to your car, it's no longer a cival problem.

Just a quick update: today we posted no trespassing, private property, no parking, and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense signs (a little bit over the top, I know - but it made my hubby feel better drilling all those screws into the signs ) The attorney letter will be going out on Monday. It has been raining for days here, so as soon as we get a break in the weather - we will put the posts back in. I can see it is becoming a pain in the rear for him, as everytime he has to go somewhere, he pulls out his cadillac from under the carport, hops out, and puts his truck in the spot - and vice-versa when he returns.

Let's see what happens after he gets the letter and we start putting the fence back in... should be interesting to say the least!

If there is room I'd pull your car in front of his and see how he likes it that way. That is again if there is room for your car? Later MAtt
