Lolly-Dolly, where in NB are you? Mom lives on Main, not far from Schlitterbahn and the Comal County Fairgrounds. I was there this weekend.
If you were at the Parade Friday AM, my goat Reba, my niece Jordan, and I were in the parade - Reba was pulling Jordan in the wagon with a "Will Work For Cookies" sign on the back.
You are right about the place growing fast...Even when nature tries to wash it away, it's just rebuilt bigger than before!
If that business is in a Residential Area, I am SURE that the city would LOVE to know. NB is VERY picky about running businesses out of the home...

David L. Burt you sir are full of Sh*t. Look at the post NOT one person on this board said anything against Molly Floerke character or otherwise. Not a good way to start out on a BB.

Kenneth, take a breath. I am new to this stuff and wasn't aware my reply would push you over the edge. I had not read all of the replies in quite a while and must admit my "several of you" statement was far too general. For that I apologize.
My statements were in regard to "slick" and "maybe you can start a home business sniffing out scam artists like this one". Molly represents this company and was a main topic of the string. I am not sure where you come from, sir, but I find it hard to believe you don't recognize these statements (in the context of the string) impune Molly's character.
If I said the same about you, it is obvious by your reply as to how you would react.
To prevent further eruptions, I will be more specific (and sensitive to your feelings) in the future.

Lora,
I'm not in the City, I'm out between the Freiheit and Zorn areas.. kinda out in the countryon the outskirts of town. I didn't get to see the pet parade, because I was in the Parade myself, Driving a Blue 8n Tractor with (red gloves on).... if you saw a redhead, that was me! DH and I both also took a week of vacation from work and were at the Fair every day, He's a "drover" there and he's also on the Rodeo work crew, (he pulls the ropes off the bulls after the rides and stuff like that), and we also help in the drink and admission booths, parking, and whatever else needs doing. oh and about NB being picky, that's so true, I've been to several city council meetings and sometimes I can't believe how overregulated and nitpicky they can be.... thank goodness I don't live in city limits... yet! they extend their boundaries every year like an amoeba trying to absorb EVERYTHING!
hope you had a great time at the fair and hope you're recovering from the HEAT!!!

David in Texas Your post caught me wrong. I have had to deal with companies that promise a lot and deliver nothing all my life. As an inventor I get such letters daily. Since SOLA can NOT be checked out via internet nor BBB it is suspicious.
If SOLA truly invests such sums as their letter states. You may inform Molly that I have the Patent, trademark, injection tool molds and inventory. And David to show that I bear you no ill will. I will let you represent me to SOLA. Should a deal be consumated I will pay you 10% of sale price. PM me and I'll give you further details.
On this board we look after each other. Stick around and you'll find that to be the norm rather than not.

I looked them up at www.ripoffreport.com and couldn't find anything on them, also tried www.bbb.com ( bbb stands for bad business bureau) nothing there either. Remember the old saying," If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is".

kenneth,
i don't have any patents yet, but have been looking into some patent law contacts and am slowly gathering contacts that are relevant. it looks like you're a little ahead of me in the game, but seeing as how we are under the same state laws and are in regional proximity, i'd be happy to fire you anything i come across that is relevant.

SOLA and ED WAGNER the TRUTH
SOLA & Ed Wagner. THE TRUTH!!!! I first became a memeber of this site 8 months ago when I first read the negative posting about SOLA. Well, I have now been with SOLA for 16 months and I finaly have my License Agreement with Home Depot. I read Kenneth in NC comments as well as many others and I found all comments concerning SOLA to be unfounded. Matter of fact I learned of not a single License Agreement initiated and sighned by Kenneth's in his supposed 25 year experience. If I would have listened to Kenneth I would still have a big $ 'ZERO' $ to go wirh my patent.
In the beguining it was difficult and I was scared reading all the supposed negative information and how 'slick' they are, but as time progressed I realized that all these blogs of supposed knowledgeable people had nothing to show for their supposed years of experience. So... I stuck it out with SOLA. Lo and behold they have dozens upon dozens of refrences and as I understand today they signed 9 license agreements just last month. I know they had 5 because my products was one of a group that went into Home Depot. My experice with SOLA is excelent and I AM A CLIENT! kudos to SOLA and Mr. Wagner. Thank you. WR

THE REAL SOLA - Ed Wagner

We're sorry. We did not find a listing for the phone number you entered.
The phone number "(830) 626-3586" is a Newbran Falls, TX based phone number and the registered carrier is Southwestern Bell. However, due to number portability, some numbers have been transferred to a new service provider other than the registered carrier
Can you give a bit more info about where they are supposed to be located, type of business, etc so I can try a few other searches for you?

just a phone don't mean they are up and up, good luck.
When I used this site:
http://www.yellowbook.com/Search/PhoneNumber/
I got :
M G Floerke
774 Rosemary Dr
New Braunfels, TX 78130-5358
(830) 626-3586
BUT just a phone don't mean they are up and up, good luck.

Kenneth - you may already know of this site and I don't know how legit IT is, but it seems to have some good basic advice on approaching and interviewing companies that claim to take ideas to market. I was a bit surprised to see Invention Submission Corp on the list of "Suspect Companies" - they've been in business for quite a few years - 25+ that I know of.

I Love SOLA!!!!!!!!
I have never found myself in this position, but being that I have first hand experience with SOLA and I have found a nice source of revenue I feel INVIGORATED. Your comments are all unfounded speculation correct Kenny? Kenneth in NC, you say it’s suspicious that SOLA cannot be found with the BBB. Well, I called the BBB and they are found. As for suspicious? Thats a dumb comment Kenneth in NC. BBB (Bad Business Bureau) is a members service. You pay $385 greenbacks for their membership and you show up as a member in good standings EVEN if you have a criminal background! Or you can show up if there is a legitimate question about your services. I could call the BBB and tell them that Kenneth in NC is a bonehead and gives bad business advice and guess what? You would show up on the BBB list as would this blog site.
I asked SOLA why there were not membesr?. They said: what for? We don’t need to pay someone $385 just so that can tell readers we are good people. There are plenty of firms with horrible business records that are members in good standings with the BBB. How does that help anybody? The BBB is NOT a Government organization. They are a private firm that self rates your company for a price. The FTC and SEC regulate SOLA and that’s more than enough GOOD standing for any intelligent businessperson. Especially in light that the FTC and SEC are Government Organizations.
Not buying BBB services does not make a company suspicious Kenny, but you are. Your blogs are intended to lead the reader into believing that SOLA is somehow bad or suspicious. Such is not a reflection upon SOLA, but a reflection upon your own character Kenny. Send me an email and we can discuss your problems. WR
P.S. or better said B.S. your 25 years experience? The question is wether or not such 25 years experiences were successful. Internet research shows they was not. sorry
