Thanks everybody for your help. The catfish was great (but not as good as walleye, IMHO). Our little grocery store did not have any green tomato relish (the stockboy thought I was crazy when I asked for it!) I shoulda put jalapenos in the hush puppies, but the onions were a good touch. (FYI- Jimmies Brand coleslaw dressing is great!)
