hello,
here in s.e. tn. , a well drilled with casing is $8.00 ,a foot plus the pump. [ price of pump is dependant upon depth]
if you check around, you can find someone with a sawmill and save a 1/3 on the price of "chain lumber yard" price's .

you can build for 20.00/ft. +/- , if you do it all yourself ......

We are putting in a septic soon

Just had the land perked ($100 for excavating, $380 for test)

Mound system perked, 125' of wide run... $10,500 - $12,000

Wells are $600 - $2500 'round here in WI capped and ready for business.

Well, depending on where you are, you might could just buy a well head and pipe and pound that sucker in yourself. Then, it's about $2.00 a foot.

Septic cost us, 1,450, installed.

No permits needed.
