How long has this guy been in OH? I followed this exact same story about the same guy in Vermont for several years. Rescue and community members tried to help out - even supplied and built fencing for him. The news stories about him said he had no money to care for the animals. I'm wondering how he can afford to move around the country and buy animals, but supposedly can't afford to care for them. It seems like he was in the news in VT as recently as last spring.

I'll bet fainting goats wouldn't have been able to stand for this kind of treatment.
