question about a head cold

After being sick last week and reading this post and doing other research to find relief I have found what someone else posted on here. I read about NETI pots after doing a google on sinus. Of course no one around here had ever heard about it. We did have a nice ceramic tea pot and some kosher salt so I gave it a try. Fantastic! It's easy and definetly works great. It's "up your nose with Aladdins lamp" as one site described it. Do a google and you'll even find a little movie on how to do it.
