We do this all the time. It works well. Pigs are not that hard to fence. Setup a good perimeter fence. Divide it up into smaller plots. I would suggest ten. We use electric fencing. Train the pigs to electric. Have them on one paddock at a time. If you want them to till it up leave them on longer on smaller paddocks. If you want them to graze then rotate them faster. Plant behind them or on the last day before they exit a paddocks. I do not plant ground or low crops in areas the pigs have been in that year. See:
