I've adopted several over the years. Still have two of them. Two of my best horses. I love them.

But I would prefer that we eat them to the way they're being "managed" now. It would be more humane.

Once people get away from them being just Pets to Pet and Meat animals. Lots of people around here since they stopped butchering Horses for meat are just turning them loose.

We have had Wild Horses here on Mark Twain National Forest for years. They can not be harassed in any way.

We also have Wild Hogs because they are not as cute they are to be shot on sight. Me I like having another Meat Animal to hunt.
