I was thinking about roofing and making shingles... and then I found this company that does just that....turns them into rubber shingles....

I'm making a few stacks about 7' tall, filling with sand, and using as shooting backstops.

Also a guy told me back in the day, they piled up some earth, stacked about 10' of tires horizontally, then piled a foot or so more dirt on top.
He said they used it with their shooting range as a courtesy to the neighbors in regards to sound. You'd shoot through the center of the tires with the muzzle of the rifle in the tires, which made a really effective sound suppressor.

I was thinking about stacking some up for some small raised garden beds, 'till I learned about cadmium leaching into the food from the tires. So keep that in mind.

Base for seats, benches, or tables maybe.

If you still have the wheels with the tires, a couple steel rods and a few 2x4s for a makeshift cart.

Cut in half for feeding troughs/waterers

Ho Chi Minh sandals
Ten years ago, we called them "hajji sandals" and those Iraqi boys could set new track records running in them.

I know a few farmers around where I live use them for weights for huge tarps over hay and silage to keep the wind from getting under them and blowing them off.

If you have tires waiting around to be repurposed, try to keep them from filling with rainwater or melted snow. They are prime breeding grounds for mosquitoes.

Saw a Pinterest post where they glued rope on to and made a ottoman out of one and a chair out of three cut to shape and bolted together.

I like the idea of making a shooting backstop from them.

Had to laugh at the buck with his toys. Mine would have done the same thing (getting stuck in them), silly buggers!
