I'll have to remember that. We have an inordinate number of black-faced Holsteins in the herd that I milk, and I'm running out of names for them! We already have a Blackie, Midnight, Cinder, Shady and Pepper!

We have Terrible Cat, Paws, Ding Bat, Spook, MaKitty, And lots more. So our cats are originals. LOL

Considering the nature of this site I bet there have been several disappointed the name was taken a a few Douh moments when others saw it and said "Wow I could have had a Possum!"

Our Original cat, who came here when we moved to the Country place is a big old Gray cat. So we just call her "Gracey". She looks sort of like the Cat in a movie......
We have a big black male cat that we call "Bobber", because he has a really short stub of a bobbed off tail, and he was born that way.
I'm not sure how Scooter picked up her name. She's and all the other cats are black & white piebald cats
. Dear Wife named her, as she does most of our cats.. We have about 7 or 8 cats, if we count them all and all are black & white piebald.

Don't forget Smut. My mother named a solid black stray that when I was in kindergarten. I still remember that cat, or that cat's odd name. She later pitched him and his litter mate, Snowball, over the fence at the pound.
I had a cat that lived for 21 years. Her name was Tuna.
