What does Peacock taste like

I've never had it but I've heard others talk about how it's got a wild turkey taste which isn't domestic turkey taste.

I've heard it's like pheasant. We had them running wild on the orange groves were I grew up in CA. Here in CO they seem pretty expensive to buy. I wanted a couple as I heard they keep snakes away and eat smaller snakes. They are noisy tho.

I would find out the laws concerning their critters wandering on your land, especially eating your feed. Once armed with that, maybe talk to them or send them an official letter noting the laws. Heck, might be legal for you to kill the buggers on your property.

I love the taste of birds, just don't like the buggers. Well, love their feathers, make masks of them.

Just don't like the living birds.

or, if you live with highway frontage, leave them alone and they will find a way to the highway to commit suicide. Dumbest birds ever, or maybe they have a brain parasite that commands them to get in front of fast trucks and cars.
