Scenario - what would you do?

Instead of a felon maybe they can't get a job because they are not legally in the country. No medicaid will not just take your $5000 but they will stick you with 100,000 of medical bills for having it in a 401k. I had that much in one .Then had a botched spinal surgery that left me disabled.If i would of just cashed at a 35% loss it would have paid for the health care that left me this way.But hind sight is 20/20.
