I never told anybody to F off nor did I do anything to antagonize the nutjobs except to go into my own backyard.

So there is a way to tell a person is a total whackjob so you can avoid them before you ever meet them? And if one of those nutcases moves in close by you simply pack whatever you can into the car and move away?

No I don't want one of those bad neighbors to whack me in the head with a car axle. But apparently you know the secret to totally avoiding a nut with an attitude so there are no bad neighbor issues. I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants to know how to avoid them before you are even aware they are psycho killer lunatics.

Alright. I think we need a time out. I'm not sure why you are responding thusly. Is there a reason you think I'm attacking you? I can assure you, I'm not.

What I am doing is sharing my experience with this sort of thing. It takes 2 people to make situations like this explode. Sure, the crazy neighbor could be really crazy and do things that are just...well crazy. Does it push you, sure. Is it illegal, probably. Does responding to them solve anything? Well no, they're crazy. All responding does is give them a more direct focus and more motivation. So, responding could get you killed. Or you could let the crazy person push all your buttons until you react in an illegal way and get yourself thrown in jail. Those are the two scenarios I see time and again. So what is my opinion on the best solution? Well if you've got a crazy neighbor, someone who is doing and saying things just to get to you, you don't do anything. You don't respond to them. You document, and you call the police when necessary. You don't talk to them. You don't do things back. You don't do any of that. That's called a mature response imo.

You kept asking if I wanted my crazy neighbor to knock my head off with an axle. No, I don't want that. That's why I carry things with which to protect myself. And FYI, I did absolutely nothing to my crazy neighbors to get them all crazy. You keep implying that I did something to make them crazy. That didn't happen. As I stated before, they came that way. And I did call the police, at least once a week. There isn't anything you can do to prevent a true nut-job from moving into the neighborhood. It doesn't always take 2 people to make situation explode. True, in most cases 2 people are fighting. In MOST cases. But there are cases where people are simply crazy and do crazy things.

I'm done with this. I've got other walls I can pound my head against.

Well if you aren't giving them a reaction aren't you agreeing with what I'm suggesting anyway??

No I'm not agreeing with you because even with no reaction, crazy people keep escalating and committing crimes until you are forced to react to protect yourself. BTW, even calling the police is a reaction.

Ignoring a normal bully works good. I've became friends with a few after they found out they didn't bother me. Psychos never give up. There's something wrong with their heads.

I think I picked a good place for my new home. I came home to find a gift from my new neighbors at my door.
