One thing I do not miss about Texas. Ouch...worse than a bee sting. Bees can only sting once. Scorpions can tap you more than once. Ive been stung snuggling on the couch and stung in my bed. Gives me the heebie jeebies just thinking about them.

when we were in Rexburg Id. for my daughters graduation a few years ago there is a mountain called Our Mountain. we were about 1/2 way up it when my son turned over a rock & sure enough there was a scorpion. yep in Idaho
