I put anti- freeze in my bucket trap and get very little smell from the dead mice.

Be careful! It only takes a teaspoon to kill a dog or cat.

I had a mouse like this in my kitchen for weeks and he kept eating all of the p. butter out of the trap but not getting caught.
I tried a glue trap and in 30 minutes he was stuck and gone.

I used chunky peanut butter and I jammed the chuck in there HARD! Some mice will lick peanut butter off, but when it is gone they will want that chucnk of peanut and that requires force, which springs the trap.
