Well, I should have been more clear in the original post. If I were keeping the property, it would have been a top priority. Alas, I wasn't, and it wasn't.

Ok they are just there on weekends. They wanted to buy this little bit of property so they could put a swimming pool in, I wouldn't sell.

They had contractors in to work on their house. Because of where their Camp Trailer is they had to walk few feet on my property to carry material in.

I have hundreds of these small Cedars, I'm letting grow up for privacy. I'm the only one that has these.

The wind was blowing strong from their direction, I found two next to my Chicken House they had been cut.

As I see it, you have three things to do:
1) Find the property line, as shown by the survey irons
2) Find the stumps
3) Take appropriate action.....usually that means talking to your neighbor and the contractors

you gotta be careful about property lines, sometimes if people other than the owner use them, they can take ownership of them..gotta have them well marked, fenced is best..
