I am pretty sure this is why they look for items to fit a persons vehicle.... too many lawsuits for selling stuff not designed to be in line with safety guidelines. We have an awful lot of backyard engineers in this country, and theres nothing wrong with that... but when things dont work out as planned, an awful lot of them will then sue the company that sold them what they wanted instead of parts designed for a particular vehicle.

why would you use a tire not rated for a trailer or truck on the road going at highway speeds? that is dangerous to you and OTHERS and just being cheap. Not a good bargain save money elsewhere. the stores are just CYA'ing and for good reason apparently

They will NOT sell me a battery exactly like the one I turned in for a core> If you don't tell them what it is for you can't buy it!Then they look it up and if what you want is not on their list for that vehicle, again, they won't sell it to you. This is getting weird.Yesterday I tried to buy a tire for my truck. They would NOT Sell me what I wanted that matched the tires on the vehicle because it was not the size their computer said should be on that truck. A month ago they would NOT sell me the tire I need to match what is on my trailer because it was not trailer rated. Instead of $66 for what I needed they wanted me to spend $118 for a tire i didn't want or need.
Amazon is looking better all the time! Anyone out there point me in the right direction for ON-LINE purchases for EVERYTHING ? Help! There is just too much stupid out there to go around!!

Ohio, studded tires legal from Nov 1 to April 15. Been that way for years. IMO every tire shop should know that. When they tell me studs are illegal and I know they aren't I really don't believe them when they say something else is illegal.

As for the vehicle psi, this was on a 3/4 ton van. Psi on door was 65 IIRC, not really sure what right now but I did show them the door panel and they still didn't want to put the air in the tire. Would have done it myself if I hadn't been out of state.

Absolutely feed it from the bottom, keeps the cats from unrolling it all over the bathroom.
