As I said before I get my water from my county and I definitely want it to meet the EPA's drinking water standards. If I had a well I would have the water tested to make sure it was drinkable. I would hope you have done that with yours. Otherwise you may be slowly poisoning yourself and your family.

Right. I was just stating what I thought should be decided by states based on individual needs and reasons and what I thought needed federal standards because it was important to everyone across the board. Sorry if that wasn't clear.
