Love Animals.. Something To Chew On

Everyone and everything has to kill to survive. Some animals eat plants, some plants eat animals, some animals eat animals, some plants eat plants, and some animals eat whatever can't outrun them.

Some folks eat only veggies, but the land that grows their veggies was once inhabited by animals who have have been killed to make room for gardening/farming.

When Adam was kicked out of the Garden of Eden God cursed him and made him a veggie farmer. (I suppose the worse thing God could think of at the time.)

Cain made a veggie sacifice and God would have none of it.

Able made a blood sacrifice and God bellied up to the table.

I don't eat anything green except lime Jell-O. I respect all life: vegetable and animal, but varmints were put here for eating so I eat them.

As a soldier I was taught that I had to kill to preserve life. As a homesteader I kill to preserve life.

Hi Y'all,

I LOVE Animals. They each & All have their purposes.
Some are meant as "Companions" to us and the do well in that position.
Some are meant to "Fly Free" in the beautiful Skies, to inspire us to "Higher
Things".
Some meant to crawl in the dirt of the Earth to show us the depths to which a "Soul can SInk".
Some are meant to Carry us, or yet to be "Beasts of Burden", to serve
us in this capacity.
And, Some are meant simply as "Food Animals".

There are Many Animals that serve more than one Purpose, in the LIFE,
as so many of us do.

Think of the Faithful Horse, who frequently serves as a "Wonderful Mount",
Carrying us to places we could never hope to reach without them. And,
In the Training & Sharing of Time & Trails, & Water, become a "Good and Faithful Companion". And, Horses are used in many areas as "Food
Animals". I, myself would have no aversion to eating Horseflesh, as I have before.

I think the Main point I'd like to make is that Some Folks just don't have
enough to do, in "Living this LIFE".
Some Folks just seem to spend too much Time, "Thinking".
It gets them all off into these "Funny Ideas".

I guess I just look at LIFE, & the Most Excellent Folks around me,
"With Tongue in Cheek".
If you LIKE to "EAT Meat, or Flesh" of Animals" then that's what you ought
to do. And, ENJOY IT"
If you don't like to EAT MEAT, or find it "Morally Reprehensible",
Then "DON'T EAT MEAT"! Just Leave Folks alone to do as they are
FREE to DO!

I don't think a steer being put into a trailer is sad: "Oh my gosh, I am going to die today". He is likely "off" because he is out of his usual element: "Uummm, I was eating." He doesn't even know why he eats, it is just instinct.

I don't like killing animals at all, it's not fun. I hate death in general, I just hate it, but things have to die. That's just life, because this is Satan's world right now and the life we humans chose for now. It's just part of life that animals die, and certainly humans tend to be the most humane killers I would think. At least the animals are good and dead before we start feeding on them (think lions). Are we going to cage up all the carnivores in the world and feed them a vegetarian diet (thus making them sick, also making the herbivores sick with disease)?

We are supposed to eat meat. I think very little meat is healthy, I don't really think no meat is.
