No Hot Flases for Homestead Women?

I'm fifty, and a started getting hot flashes last year. I chose to do the sunflower route. I chewed up about a half cup of raw sunflower seeds every day, the flashing stopped. Now, I eat about a quarter cup when I think of it, every few days.

I started having hot flashes, not being able to sleep, concentrate, or remember things. That is bad if your teaching school. I took hormones pills for a year, but did not want to. I started taking Remifemin, estrogen free, herbal supplement, from the health store. I've been taking them for 6 or 7 years. You can now buy them at Walmart and other drug stores. I have not had hot flashes, or trouble sleeping.

Well.. all right if you're all HAPPY with spending a lot on what you're using... or the dangers of HRT don't worry you.. fine... but if you'd like to save some money, and try a safer approach.... here's a link to my Ebay item, just in case...
