I'm not an early riser so it will probably be around 10 am when I get there.
Hey, the food doesn't start until noon, so I wouldn't worry until then.

Sure we're going! It's not that far from here - in fact, I'll bet you drove past it last year.

I miss you, too, ever so much.

We will make every effort to get to the 10th Anniversary Homesteading Weekend. (Golly, don't you miss Carla being in the world? Think of all the cool people she helped to meet each other...)

What a wonderful day it was!

Many, many thanks, Ozarks Tom and lovely wife, for a fantastic day of food and friends. Your hospitality is as pleasant and sunny as the fine weather today!

We had a blast! So great to meet and visit with folks who we only knew as sigs online.

I have to second what Pony said. Great day, good food ( and lots of it). Found out that Pony and Nick live near one of my oldest friends (as in known him a long time). Thanks Tom & K. Lovely park BTW.

Have to encourage others: If you get a chance to go to one of these meet-ups, it is good on so many levels. You connect with like-minded folk, and you get real fired-up for your projects. Not to mention the great ideas and suggestions for living the life beyond the sidewalks!

Get together with other homesteaders as often as you can! It's a great thing!
