Road dust control

Do a quick google search using "Fugitive dust law".
Do a little reading, print it off and give it to whomever is in charge of that road.
It's against EPA laws for road dust to leave the right of way.

for all the EPA's notoriety, they didn't do much here when a neighbor called them. And the county could not have cared less.

Our friend has his dirt drive sprayed every other year with some type of spray containing molasses. He used to run a business from home and had a good amount of traffic. Seemed to work pretty good. I don't know the technical name for the solution though.
