Cast iron, found both skillets and sauce pans. I keep a couple stainless for tomato things.

Cast iron for everything except tomato/acid based sauces . I have about 30 cast iron pieces,but I use 3 mainly .2 skillets and a Dutch oven .

Stainless, Cast Iron.

Never, ever aluminum.
Never ever 'teflon'.

Yes, I admit to shunning teflon as a guide to health. And proudly so.

unleaded glass, stainless steel, and cast iron.
we do not use teflon, it has been proven to off-gas and kill pet birds.
