Might as well cut a switch off the willow tree and shove it in there...

Exactly. Would love to see the oil change place use their universal dipstick in a front wheel drive car that has an 18" dipstick!

1990 Mazda MPV you can change headlight in about 2 minutes.

Also, they have an access panel to the fuel tank, so you don't have to drop the fuel tank. It is great!

I have to change the fuel pump, tank, sending unit and filter on my Ford Taurus here soon. I've been buying parts as I can afford it. In the meantime, I can put more than $10 gas in or it leaks out.

I used to drive a Dodge Dynasty. I had a holiday I called The Annual Changing of the Transmission. They had this great idea for a transmission computer that worked on a presumptive program. It adapted to your driving style. It was never meant to be used delivering pizzas, I later found out. Live and learn, right?

I've never had a vehicle that didn't have something stupid on it. I owned a Mazda B2000 that rocked, but the starter was on the side and would get too hot sometimes. I had to put a heat shield on it to protect the wiring.

I have a friend who manages a Jiffy Lube. The owner of the place is worried because more and more companies are using proprietary fluids so the owners are forced to go to the dealership. Saturn was like that. Between the screwy fluids and the $1500 wiring harnesses that constantly went bad, I can't imagine why they went under.

I had an 1986 B2000...one of the best trucks I have ever owned...paid $1800 for it, drive it 6 years...sold it for $1800!
