Geo -- Great tips. Especially the home office details...keeping all this organized will be a challenge...and the PVC pipe on the survey markers. The SW corner has a permanent county marker, the other three corners are iron rods.

Just got the disclosure today. Last survey was done in 1990. Realtor thinks it is likely worth doing again since that was 22 years ago and the neighbor (83+ with heart condition) is encroaching on the East.

I actually don't think there is any power in the barn (another line item for he project list)...so no hazard there. There is three sided equipment shed behind the office...going to figure out staging and covered work space on Friday so I can think through the salvage and building phase. I've got a lot of tools and access to borrow more.

Right now the inspection is scheduled for Friday afternoon, but to be honest I am just anxious about tomorrow and the bank. I was pre-approved for a city house for 2x the value 3months ago, but this is just different. And I want it more. :-). I'll breathe after bank visit and the loan is underway.
