Our poultry won't touch them either. They've gotten so bad, they killed an 8' plum tree.

I put down Milky Spore last year in the raspberry garden (where most of the beetles were hanging around). I've only seen a few this year.

Theres a garden site on FB in our area, it suggests self-rising flour. Many are saying it works--just dust plants lightly
