Whats a good way to pull T posts outa ground

I do basically what Manny does in Post #49 but I use the post driver rather than a piece of 2 x 4. If the ground is soft, I put a piece of scrap wood under the bottom of the driver. Incidentally, put the solid end towards the soil, the open end toward the knobs or you'll spend a couple of hours cleaning dirt out of the driver.
