Been picking ticks and even a few fleas off the dog all winter. Cold and snow usually stop them, but with the lack of both this winter, one has to wonder what else this Spring and Summer have in store.......
DEC already saying going to be a wild critter population increase cause of the lack of "winter kill"....... just what I need more wild critters around here.......

Must have been the lack of rain.
Yesterday the grandkids and I went far into the woods. 70 degree weather and saw no ticks.
Where in E OK are you??? I am about 40 miles west of Tulsa and the ticks never stopped this winter. They are almost back in full force now.
