Need some insight

I would see if you can meet the neighbour to the northwest. Like was already said, they have a very large house and inground pool. That could be a blessing or a curse. I lived in an exurban area with 2-5 acre lots and we were doing small-scale farming stuff. Most neighbours were very nice, but the wrong neighbour can make living there not as nice.
