My wife and watched the movie today. Thank you so much for the suggestion,
as we both enjoyed it, and found it quite inspiring. Guess we better get out the juicer and dust it off for another go round.

I am happy some are finding inspiration. that's all it was for me, I am not going to go juice-only but have added many more fruits/vegs to my daily diet. and I gotta say, I feel pretty good doing so.

I have never "juiced", but kudos, to those that can make it work.

One of the biggest problems with proper nutriton, is the amount of time for meal preparation. Juicing sound's pretty simple and it seems like one can get what they need, from it.

Of course, it's much easier to fire up some hamburger helper, heat-and-eat lasagna, or drive through Mcdonalds and that thwer the problem lies, in our busy world.
