Since the Average Joe knows absolutely nothing about the process I'm not sure that makes you very credible on the subject. But probably you know more than I do since I've only been in the business for 38 years.

You always can tell an expert by the way they can't differentiate between drilling, production and fracing. The idea the "fracking" companies are the ones buying the land is somewhat amusing. ....
