Are you kidding me? Farmers can have tattoos and motorcycles and jail time and dye their hair and have piercings and *gasp* be divorced......
Really? Divorced? Farmers are human beings, why do you seem to think they are in the same class as saints ? Is that how you really think or is this one of those "bwa ha ha I think I will say something and sit back and watch" threads? Sheesh!

I know of a woman whose family used to be Amish but decided not to follow the lifestyle then she ended up speaking their language and following the lifestyle somewhat (not wearing their clothes and using electricity otherwise) and she met some pig farmer on a Farmer's dating website and they're married and expecting a wee lil one so yep, there are farmers on that website.

Want real false advertising? Try Christian Mingles sometime. Dd was on that for a while but all the guys she spoke to wanted to have sex on the first date or casual encounters.

Danaus U never heard about preachers boys, and I can tell you about preachers daughters. Iffn preachers kids are sometimes pretty hip, Why would you thik that al;l christian kids would be saints.
I didnt go to church a doz times before my first gf. I didnt think about sex on the first date. I think she thought about it by the 2nd, but I didnt. After 6 mos she dumped my puritan values and went back to her first boyfriend.

I dated a preachers son and a preacher with teenagers lived next door. They do speak the truth when they talk about the poor morals those kids have. My dd said specifically "no sex" but the only guys who got back to her wanted that and that only. You would think that if they were on the 'net they could at least understand those 2 words. The site claims it is not a "hook-up" site but that's all the guys on it wanted.

Farmersonly doesn't have any filters - kinda like puddle of fish. I got some guys that were asking only for a hookup (uh, no thanks), and some really nice ones. The sites tag line is "City people just don't get it".
And no, Bill, I didnt' meet rancher in jail! You nut!!

I was on farmers only years ago. Actually met a guy and had one date. He was into duck hunting and only had a few acres. He was nice but not for me.
Now I am married to a mechanic, we are farmers, I have tattoos and yes, we ride. We've both been in jail, although on opposite sides of the bars. (Not tellin' which is which).
The dating sites are interesting to say the least.

Dating sites are just plumb scary!
On the other hand...it's a shame I can't transfer all that manure from the computer to the compost pile where it can do some good
