Would you like to double your money???? :happy2:

oz in SC V2.0 11/15/11 03:50 PM

Thanks for the offer but no thanks...:happy2:
A while back,at the Fall Festival we bought 3 raffle tickets for $10.
And WON!!!!

Pretty nice little shed,we had thought of converting it into a chicken coop but it is too nice really....plus our other shed is in the process of being converted.

I have always prided myself in my combat shopping skills, but you put me to shame! How did you get that beautiful shed for $10?

AngieM2 11/15/11 03:52 PM

That's beautiful Oz and Mrs. Oz

It is a cute little shed, has a dutch door and double doors on one end.Hopefully we can actually keep it for Mrs oz' garden shed, she certainly deserves something.

jwal10 11/15/11 04:59 PM

Well you now have 1 wall to use for a chickn coop, leanto would work good right off the back. Nice shed....James

Nimrod 11/15/11 05:52 PM

Nice shed and a great price. Congratulations.

Check with the neighbors or the county anonomasly before you put it up. Here I probably would have to put up in a mound type septic system if I put up a shed.

Fae 11/15/11 06:12 PM

Nice looking shed. I don't guess I have the knack of buying raffle tickets because I never win anything.

oz in SC V2.0 11/15/11 06:23 PM

jwal10,we now have a chicken coop, bought a 6x6 guard shack for $100,converting it now.Hopefully will have chooks in a few weeks.

Nimrod,we are lucky that there isn't a lot of rules and regulations here...

Fae,neither are we,this is the first thing we have won in forever...we thought it was a joke when the lady called to tell us we had won...

Even if not for chickens almost any shed can benefit from a leanto or two! Always need covered storage space on a homestead...

Lean to for firewood is always good!

oz in SC V2.0 11/15/11 08:58 PM

We were thinking of a lean to greenhouse, but of course it is in a bad location for that.

And moving it doesn't appeal right now.

GoldenCityMuse 11/15/11 09:04 PM

Easements do not allow contractors 'any ol' route' to service the lines.
If they violate the boundaries of the easement, file a lawsuit against the power co.

Ummm,no.
We have two goat homes, one is made from wood and the other is an A-frame with metal siding...supposedly the latter can withstand pigs but the goats find it quite fun to jump on it.

jlrbhjmnc 11/16/11 01:27 PM

That is really cute! Glad you won.

JohnL751 11/16/11 01:42 PM

Good looking shed! The only thing I see wrong with it is that it ain't no where big enough!

Very true...we need another barn the same size as our 'barn-house'...;)
