If it makes you feel any better, I tried making stuffed peppers with some green tomato salsa in the filling and hubby couldn't eat it. Had baked potatoes instead.

I am trying to jam recipe with green tomatoes and sugar free jello...hope it turns out! I put the tomatoes in the blender and they are currently simmering...I will let everyone know how it goes :-)
