My money is on the horse. If a cow can do this, a horse can turn the water on.

Do you have Jack Russells? I have 4 and one of them can actually turn the outside faucet on.

I love the videos! Now I wonder about some of the other strange things I've blamed my neighbor for....

I laughed so hard I nearly wet my pants!!! My mare drove me nuts one summer by getting in the yard. My dh really loved his grass, so having a horse in the yard didn't please him too much. Finally I caught her! She walked up to the rock fence and reared up getting her front end over, then she scrambled her rear end over it!!! She also got into the trash barrels and stuck her nose into the campfire! She was a blast and kept everyone on their toes. Good luck and keep looking for the humor so you don't go crazy.

If I don't make sure my handle goes all the way down, the pressure will push it back open within a hour or so. It only took a few times of this and I make sure it is down.

Now THOSE are all funny! My question is---why do the animals want the faucets on? Our dogs are so boring!

I bet its the horse. I had a horse that opened stall doors. We had on that when he got older he was on special feed. We would spring latch the paddock gate and he'd let himself in and out. My mom had a malmute that could open the chain link gate. She'd put her nose under and lift the latch. My daughter had sheep that would open the chicken coop slide latch. I finally nailed a board that would swing from above the door so it wouldn't open.

Sounds like you have a pack goat candidate there. Have you ever hiked with the big Saanen wiseguy?

We had a pot bellied pig who lived in the house and would open the sliding glass door to go outside to do her business. Just like a kid, she never learned to close it behind her. And a big sow who, when her wallow got dry, would lift the water float so it would continue running and fill it up again.
