Checking in from suburban cleveland here. Just graduated college and living back at my mom's while I pay off student loans and save up to buy some land. Plan is to find as much affordable land within 45min-1hr of work, probably in about 2 years. Most likely will end up east of cleveland, geauga, ashtabula, lake, trumbull county area. Seems like there's still some reasonable land out that way.

We are tucked in here in Vinton county. 24 acres near the big city of Dundas about 30 miles south of the super priced hocking hills region, been here 17 years.

Hello, we live in Summit County. While we aren't homesteaders in the strictest sense of the word, we can dream.

Geauga County, checking in. 11 1/2 acres is our little paradise in what is, sadly, rapidly becoming suburbia. Haven't been here long - just moved here last year from VA. (Originally from Minnesota, though!)
