By the time our population hits 9 billion in about 25 years we may not have much choice about what we eat especially if climate change disrupts our agriculture systems.

Another reason to not buy anything made in USA. Also, that article was fairly short-sighted. Most of the methane emissions are simply part of the carbon cycle and make little difference. Furthermore most problems with emissions are associated with CAFOs.

The fries will not mold or rot even in weeks and weeks.

Michael W. Smith, I'm on a well so it would take a good couple years for pee water to filter down to my water. Hopefully by then the soil and bedrock have removed the urea. I try not to drink city tap water, not because of the pee but because of the goose poop.

The fact that people are even considering this makes me ill.

With all the processing, it would be better served to compost and grow foods. After all soy can be made to taste like anything and it is protein. I only eat my homegrown poop, composted, aged to perfection and applied to plants. I do wash my plants before eating.
