Look up antlion larvae and you'll see the parent of Checkov's ear bug <EG> Or I always thought it looked like one. The article said the "Mighty Sarnak" was based on a doodle bug... Learned my new thing for today :-)

I like the fact that these carrion bugs eat maggots :-) I hate maggots

I like that fact too. Anything that slows down the fly population is fine by me.
