Where to find news on-line?

fox news channel has streaming news online..and they are the one I watch

I prefer www.news.google.com as I can customize it anyway I want, plus I have it set to provide local news as well. Have to have a Google account to customize. I like the fact I can just skim the headlines and "click through" when something grabs my interest.

I normally check out CBC and CNN websites.

For breaking news overseas, I have found BBC and Al Jazeera English to be useful.

Other sources come up when I am googling a particular story, or to get another take on a link that is posted in on Facebook or in discussion forums.

I tend to stay away from blog news sites that don't have a corresponding print publication or similar presence (i.e. - Huffpo, Drudge Report, WorldNetDaily etc.)
