Thanks for all the good ideas guys. For the past few years they have been coming in more and more, or just sticking close and multiplying. We find them alot of times out eating with the chickens lol.

Saw one dead on the road last fall 25 miles north of the Missouri river. So much for the Conservation Department's guess that the river would stop their northern migration.

The article about carrying leprosry was in this weeks Time Magazine. Seems that it is on the rise again in armadillos.

I love the Health and Science section of Time magazine.

ROFL, nobody told em armadillos are good swimmers? And can walk across bridges?

Yep we have changed the environment enough and opened migration blocks that you'll likely see armadillos all the way up to NY and further in time, and in Oregon and Washington state too.
